The Sidekick student newspaper at Coppell High School is one of 45 finalists for a Newspaper Pacemaker award — its first time to be named a finalist since 2019. Pacemaker recipients will be announced at the Journalism Education Association and National Scholastic Press Association National High School Journalism Convention on Nov. 9 in Philadelphia.
Congratulations to The Sidekick students and adviser Chase Wofford. The Sidekick is a Career and Technical Education Program of Study in the Communications Area.
