Do You Need Technical Support?
Submit a Helpdesk Ticket utilizing our new system for the following:
Need to reset your Home Access Center password
Can't see all your children in the Home Access Center or in Schoology
Having technical difficulties with Student Enrollment
Submitting a Helpdesk Ticket?
The first time you login you will need to activate your account
Click "Forgot Password?"
Enter your email address
Note: this needs to be the same guardian email address you use in the Home Access Center
You will receive an email from support@freshworks.com
Click the Activate Account button in the email to create a password and login
Once logged in, you can search the knowledge base in the "Hi, how can we help you?" bar OR click "Browse help articles"
If your issue is not resolved from the help articles, click "Report an issue" to submit a ticket.
