The CISD Business Department exists to support and assist our students, parents, staff and community in achieving the district’s mission and core values while maintaining fiscal integrity. The department coordinates five support areas that provide important services for the operation of the school district including Accounting/Accounts Payable, Benefits, Budget and Financial Reports, Payroll, Purchasing and Student Data Systems/PEIMS.
Our staff strive to be on task and ensure each of their department functions efficiently so that our stakeholders are provided with tools and environments for a safe learning.
CISD BOARD POLICY
Under Purchase Commitments, it states, "All purchase commitments shall be made by the Superintendent or designee on a properly drawn and issued purchase order, in accordance with administrative procedures." Therefore, you must indicate on the Vendor Profile Form if you will accept a District purchase order.
