Transition Services
What are Transition Services?
Transition Services refers to a coordinated set of activities for students with a disability, designed within an outcome-oriented process, which promotes movement from school to post-school activities.
It is our goal to launch our students into adulthood as successfully as possible. How can parents help with transition?
